Niravra Co-operative Housing Society is a housing project developed by West Bengal Housing Board registered with Reg. No, 27/CMAH/1997 under West Bengal housing Co-Operative Act, in the year 1997-98. The housing complex is situated in East Kolkata Township Project off E.M. Byepass near Ruby Hospital. More precisely the location is connected with a common road with Manjulika A in North of Anandapur Road, opposite to S.B.I Anandapur and R.R.Plot in Southern Gate.

The Housing project   distributed to the owners under Govt. of West Bengal Housing Board through lottery based on High Income Group at the time of allotment.

The Society is comprising of thirteen number of buildings with separate building of Society Office and a children's park with well-maintained greenery in and around the campus.

Although the number of flats (208) is minimum amongst other adjacent Abasans, the ambience is special in all respect. A gentle, calm, peaceful stay is provided in this society since it's presence from 1998.

The location map EKTP Ph.-IV which is situated about 3 km away from Gariahat in the west and more or less same distance from Science city, Kolkata.

There are instances of observing many festivals including Durga puja, Laxmi Puja, Kali Puja and Saraswati Puja apart from celebrating Independence day, Republic Day, Annual Sports Day and cultural function on different occasions which are participated by all members/residents and their families.
